LEGAL NOTICE-BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 8A, ARTICLE 24 OF THE CODE OF WEST VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED, AND THE PARKERSBURG ZONING ORDINANCE A-2530 AS ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 27, 1973, THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., ON JANUARY 15, 2020, IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING APPEALS:

A. Owner/Applicant Samantha VanFossen requesting
the Board of Zoning Appeals to create a four-plex
from existing duplex, located at 1119 19th Street, in a B-2 District. Also asking the Board to grant a
variance for zero off street parking spaces.

B. Owner/Applicant Keith Smith requesting the Board of
Zonging Appeals to allow a 29{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} increase in the
existing structure, located at 114 Marshall Court, in a
B-1 District.

C. Owner/Applicant Paul Cale requesting the Board of
Zoning of Appeals to grant a variance to allow for an
after-hours repair in the garage at his home, located
at 4110 16th Avenue, in a B-1 District.
