Data Center Fire Suppression System – Siemens
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a new clean agent fire suppression system, including releasing control panel and fire detection system. The features and capacities described in this specification are required as a minimum for this project and shall be furnished by the successful contractor.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 9:00 AM on Monday, April 30, 2018 at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked âSEALED BID #IT 18-01. Prospective bidders may contact C. Adam Clegg at (304)295-8563, between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
