Repair of the McDonough Wildlife Refuge Dam
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the repair of the spillway on the dam located in the McDonough Park Wildlife Refuge
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 9:00 AM on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days. A mandatory pre-bid meeting to visit the site will be held on March 20 and/or March 21, 2019 at 5:00pm at the McDonough Wildlife Refuge parking lot.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked âSEALED BID #PK 19-05. Prospective bidders may contact Jack Mathers at (304)210-2787, between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
