The Paving of Various Streets
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the paving of various streets.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the Vienna Utility Board Office at 210 60th Street between the hours of 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
Sealed proposals will be received until Friday, August 23, 2019 at 9:00 am, at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. There will be a pre-bid meeting August 16 at 9:00 am. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked
âSEALED BID #ST 20-01(B)ã.
Prospective bidders may contact Craig Metz at (304) 295-4543, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registrationi Certificate.
