The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids from qualified firms for a GATEWAY SIGNAGE PROGRAM. Bids will be received in the office of the Finance Director, first Floor, #1 Government Square, until 10:00 A.M. TUESDAY MARCH 19, 2019 and at that time and place all bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud.
