Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of May, 2018, at 1:00 oáclock p.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge Robert A. Waters, Betsy Lynn Craig will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing her name from âBetsy Lynn Craigã, to âBetsy Lynn Baxterã, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You arc hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
