Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of June, 2018 at 1:00 oáclock p.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge Robert A. Waters, on the 3rd floor of the Judicial Building, ROSALIE JAYNE SMITH will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing the name of her child from ALEXANDER SCOTT MORRISON to ALEXANDER SCOTT SMITH, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
