Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of April, 2019, at 1:00 oáclock p.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge Robert Waters, Peyton Edward Matlack will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her name from Peyton Edward Matlack TO Peyton Edward Valentine, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
