Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of November, 2019, at 9:00 oáclock a.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Rebecca Bennett will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her childás name from Kaylee Louise Jones to Kaylee Ann Bennett, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
