Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of Nov., 2019, at 2:30 oáclock p.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Trinity Polan will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her childás name from Clinton Miller to Clinton Polan. At which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
