Waters, on the 3rd floor of the Judicial Building, JAMES EDWARD SANTEE, JR. will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing the name of his ward from DUSTIN ALLEN BAKER to DUSTIN ALLEN SANTEE, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
