Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of January, 2015 at 1:00 oáclock p m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge Waters, Donell Nora Haynes will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing his/her name from Sophia Joan Marie Haynes to Sia Joan Marie Haynes, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
