REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NUMBER WVSOM-15-P-024
PATIENT SIMULATORS SYSTEMS
The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) Board of Governors on behalf of WVSOM located at 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 is soliciting competitive firm fixed priced proposals from qualified vendors for 2 (two) Patient Simulators Systems/Laerdal Sim Man 3-G or EQUAL. Any questions pertaining to this RFP shall be submitted IN WRITING, no later than 4:30 on April 22, 2015, to the address below.
Sealed proposals will be received in the WVSOM Contracts Department, Room A220/221, located at 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 until 3:00 PM (EST) on April 30, 2015, at which time all sealed proposals will be publically opened and read aloud. Proposals received after that date and time will not be opened or considered for award.
All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP, as issued by the WVSOM Contracts Department. The RFP will be issued on or before April 22, 2015. ALL REQUESTS FOR THE RFP AND QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING ONLY TO:
