REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Town of Harrisville solicits firms to submit proposals for upgrades to the Harrisville Municipal Building located at 1501 East Main Street in Harrisville, WV.
Work to be completed includes:
- Repair masonry defects and paint rear portion of the building.
- Replace 10 front windows with double pane and privacy glass.
- Repair gutter, soffit and fascia on front of the building.
- Replace 2 end doors and frames with insulated doors and privacy glass.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 10am at the Town Building Meeting Room, 1501 East Main Street, Harrisville WV.
Sealed bids need to be submitted by Friday, May 4, 2018 by 3:30 pm. All bids should be sent to:

Bids will be opened on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 7:30pm at the Town Council Meeting. The Mayor and the Town Council will review all bids. The Town of Harrisville reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals.
