ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS “The Cabell County Commission CEMS will accept sealed bids for the following: To provide proper removal and disposal of current roof systems and install new roofs and provide at least a 20-year manufacturer’s labor and material warranty upon completion for each roof at CCEMS Stations #1, #7, and #9. Vendors must conduct a site visit of each site with a designated representative of Cabell County EMS. The site visit will be held on March 30, 2022, at 9:00am. The visit will start at Cabell County EMS Headquarters located at 846 8th Avenue, Huntington, WV. Vendors must provide their own transportation to travel to each site. Complete Request for Proposals and specifications furnished upon request from CCEMS at 846 8th Avenue, Huntington, WV. Submission for proposals shall be delivered by mail or messenger prior to the opening time as announced, at which time the proposals must be plainly marked “PROPOSAL FOR CCEMS ROOFING STATION #1, PROPOSAL FOR CCEMS ROOFING STATION #7, and PROPOSAL FOR CCEMS ROOFING STATION #9 on the outside of the envelope. Proposals shall be sent to the following address: Cabell County Commission, Suite 300, Huntington, WV 25701, on or before Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 10:00am, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud during the County Commission Session at the Cabell County Courthouse, Suite 300. The Cabell County Commission and CCEMS reserves the right, as their request may require, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received.
