NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES CITY OF MADISON MAIN STREET STREETSCAPE PHASE II The City of Madison, Boone County, West Virginia is seeking the Expressions of Interest from qualified engineering firms to provide design, construction plan and specifications development, bid document preparation, bidding assistance, and construction administration for the City of Madison Main Street Streetscape Phase II. Firms interested in being considered for this project Procurement of services will be in accordance with West Virginia State Code 5G-1 et seq. All interested firms must submit 2 bound copies of the following: 1. Letter of Interest, 2. Statement of Qualifications showing experience of individuals and their proposed role, 3. Relevant Project Descriptions, 4. Current and projected workload, 5. Evidence of applicable Professional Registration and Professional Liability Insurance, 6. Geographical location of the office from which this contract will be served. The deadline for submission is April 29, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. est. Submittals received after this time will be rejected. After review of the submittals, the City will rank the firms. The selected firm will be required to comply with the Uniform relocation Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1974, President’s Executive Order No. 11246, Section 109 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, Conflict of Interest Statement and Access to Records provisions. The selected firm must also fully comply with the Minority omen-Owend Businesses. These efforts shall be in compliance with the six (6) affirmative action steps as outlined in 40 CFR 33.
