NOTICE At a Regular Session of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia, held at the courthouse thereof, on the 18th day of April, 2022 the following order was entered: IN THE MATTER OF THE PUBLIC TEST OF VOTING EQUIPMENT “PUBLIC NOTICE” The County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia, does hereby declare its’ intention to test publicly the voting equipment consisting of Express Votes; DS200 Tabulator; and all other equipment used in the voting, tabulating, and reporting process for the Primary Election of May 10, 2022. The testing sight will be at the Extension Office, in the warehouse located at: 27572 East Lynn Road, Wayne, WV 25570. The time will be: 3:00 p.m. The date is: April 25, 2022. The public and candidates are invited to attend. The approval of the foregoing publication having been moved by: Kenneth Adkins and duly seconded by Robert Thompson, the vote thereon was as follows: Kenneth Adkins, President yea Jeffrey Maddox, Commissioner yea Robert Thompson, Commissioner yea Whereupon Kenneth Adkins, President, declared said publication duly adopted, and it is therefore ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that said publication be, and the same is, hereby approved as so stated above.
