Legal Notice Public Surplus Property Sale Marshall University will conduct a special public surplus property sale by sealed written bid, June 24th and 25th, 2019. The sale will be located at 201 21st Street, Art Warehouse Building. Items for sale contain Restaurant Equipment. The sale will be open to the public from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on Monday, June 24th and Tuesday June 25th. Registration will take place at the east end of the Art Warehouse and bid forms will be distributed at that time. Bids will be tabulated and awards will be made to the highest bidders. Successful bidders will be contacted by the phone number provided on the registration form. Items must be removed no later than 3:30 pm Thursday June 27th, 2019. All items must be paid for prior to removal from university property. Successful bidders must make payments on the Huntington campus at the Cashier windows on the first floor of the Old Main Building by Thursday, June 27th, 2019. Unpaid Items will revert back to university property for disposal according to WV State Code. Marshall University reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No warranties or guarantees are implied or given, and all items are in an “as is where is” status. Refunds or exchanges are not authorized.
