Shawn T Niderost aka Shawn Thomas Niderost, Defendant, ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action in an action in which the Plaintiff alleges that the Defendant is indebted to the Plaintiff pursuant to certain contracts related to Defendant’s purchase of a 2019 Ford F650 and in which the Plaintiff seeks monetary damages. And is appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that, despite due diligence, the whereabouts of the Defendant, Shawn T Niderost aka Shawn Thomas Niderost, cannot be ascertained by the Plaintiff in order to effect personal service upon him, the sheriff of the county being unable to serve the Defendant after two attempts. It is hereby ORDERED that Shawn T Niderost aka Shawn Thomas Niderost, do serve upon the Cabell Circuit Court, Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701 and Plaintiff’s Counsel, Riley Rodgers, whose address is 1100 Superior Ave East, Suite 1100, Cleveland, OH 44114, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before February 14, 2022, or otherwise Judgment by Default will be rendered against the said Defendant at any time thereafter.
