NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONVEY PROPERTY OWNED BY THE MILTON CHURCH OF CHRIST IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CABELL COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: The Petition of Lilly L. Tucker, Debbie Morrison, Barbara Sutphin and Marvin Sowards, Petitioners and remaining members of the Milton Church of Christ, a dissolved religious organization, for the Courts disposition of property owned by said Church to the Cannonsburg Church of Christ. CIVIL ACTION NO. 22-C-341 JUDGE: Chris Chiles Notice is hereby given that in accordance with West Virginia Code 35-1-12, the above stated Petition has been filed with the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia requesting the said Court to appoint a Special Commissioner to convey property owned by the Milton Church of Christ, a dissolved religious organization, to the Cannonsburg Church of Christ. Said property is known as 1515 Johns Creek Road, Milton, Cabell County, West Virginia and is described as follows: PARCEL NO. 1 A certain parcel of real estate situate on the waters of Johns Creek, in Grant District, Cabell County, West Virginia, being described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin in the west right of way line of Johns Creek Road (County Road No. 13), which was 20.00 feet from the centerline before a 1976 widening and realignment, southeast corner to Sturm’s property, thence with the west right of way line of Johns Creek Road to an iron pin which bears S. 3DEGREES 25′ E. 74.53 feet from the point of beginning, thence N. 57DEGREES 02′ W. 150.00 feet to an iron pin, thence N. 32DEGREES 58′ E. 60.00 feet to an iron pin in Sturm’s property line, thence with said Sturm property line S. 57DEGREES 02′ E. 105.79 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.18 acres. PARCEL NO. 2 A certain parcel of real estate situate on the waters of Johns Creek, in Grant District, Cabell County, West Virginia, described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin in the west right of way line of Johns Creek Road (County Road No. 13) which was 20.00 feet from the centerline before a 1976 widening and realignment, which bears S. 3DEGREES 25′ E. 74.53 feet from the southeast corner of Sturm’s property, thence with the west right of way line of Johns Creek Road to an iron pin which bears S. 3DEGREES 25′ E. 3.56 feet from the point of beginning, thence with the west right of way line of Johns Creek Road to an iron pin which bears S. 10DEGREES 06′ W. 105.41 feet from the proceeding point, thence N. 57DEGREES 02′ W. 193.07 feet to an iron pin, thence N. 32DEGREES 58′ E. 100.00 feet to an iron pin, thence S. 57DEGREES 02′ E. 150.00 feet parallel with and 60 feet South of Sturm’s South property line to the point of beginning, containing 0.39 acres.
