Charlotte Watson 408 Bethany Ct. Valley Park, MO 63088 Defendant. The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment against the defendant, Charlotte Watson. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia for whom no agent, or appointed or statutory agent or attorney-in-fact upon whom service may be had is found in the state. Even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant. The defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the defendant. It is ordered that Charlotte Watson do serve upon the Magistrate Court Clerk of Cabell County, whose address is 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before within 30 days after the date of the first publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Charlotte Watson at any time thereafter.
