AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that CSX Transportation, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update of Permit R13-1751A requesting an increase in permitted thresholds for the paint spray booth (Emission Point ID: 1e) located on 500 Depot Street, Barboursville, in Cabell County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.4098381 and -82.2877755. The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants for the paint spray booth (Emission Point ID: 1e) will be: VOC of 11.33 tons per year and PM of 0.81 tons per year. Startup of increased operation is planned to begin on or about the 11th day of November, 2022.
