PUBLIC NOTICE A test of the Express Vote equipment and the tabulation equipment to be used during Early Voting and on Election Day (November 8, 2022), will begin at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at the Election Warehouse located at 830 8th Ave., Huntington, WV.
