NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated February 17, 2005, executed by Borrower(s), Estate of Anthony Spurlock and Estate of Kelly Spurlock, to Dru A. Shope, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Book 1992, at Page 69. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 3161 A Howells Mill Rd, Ona, WV 25545. WV Trustee Services, LLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated March 3, 2022, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 411, Page 546. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Cabell County, in Huntington, West Virginia, on the following date: 16th day of November , 2022 at 10:15 a.m. All that certain tract or parcel of land situate near Ona, West Virginia near the intersection of Meadows Drive (which leads to Howell`s Mill Road) and Curtis Drive, in Grant District, Cabell County, West Virginia and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a 1-ONE-HALF” pipe (set) at the southwesterly corner of the lands of Phyllis A. Spurlock (Db 670, P 60) (Lot 80-of OLD MILL STREAM GARDENS -MB 8, Map 42) and in the northerly line of the lands of Christine Roseberry (Lot 83-Db 945, P 351), thence leaving said Spurlock and with the said line of Roseberry, S. 70 12` W., 100.00 feet to a 1-ONE-HALF” pipe (set) in the easterly line of Curtis Drive, thence leaving said Roseberry and with said Drive, N. 26 51` W., 57.80 feet to a 1-ONE-HALF inch pipe (set), thence N. 37 50` W., 28.35 feet to a 1-ONE-HALF inch pipe (set), thence leaving said Drive and severing the lands of William E. and Patricia Rose (db 664, P 294); N. 53 20` E. 89.78 feet to a 1-ONE-HALF inch pipe (set) in the easterly line of said Spurlock, thence with said line, S 34 59` E., 114.36 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 0.211 acre, more or less, as shown on the plat of survey, to which reference is made Being the same property conveyed to Anthony W Spurlock and Kelly Y Spurlock by the Deed dated July 29, 1999 and recorded in Deed Book 1051 at Page 732 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia.
