INVITATION TO BID The Tri State Transit Authority (TTA) will accept sealed bids for the purchase of 2 (TWO) 4-DOOR 4-WHEEL DRIVE SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, November 28, 2022 at 1120 Virginia Avenue West, Huntington, West Virginia, 25704 and then at said offices all bids will be publicly opened and read. The contract documents and specifications may be obtained from Jennifer Woodall, Assistant General Manager at the above address. Telephone requests should be made to (304) 529 6094. Written requests should be made to: The Tri State Transit Authority, P.O. Box 7965, Huntington, West Virginia 25779. Bids should be sealed and clearly marked “4-DOOR 4-WHEEL DRIVE SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES.” TTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding on such basis as the Authority deems to be in its best interest. Any contract resulting from bids submitted is subject to a financial assistance contract between TTA and the U.S. Department of Transportation. All bidders will be required to certify that they are not on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible bidders. The successful bidder is required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations.
