Smith College of Business Corbly Hall, Huntington, WV. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on June 25, 2019 in the Marshall University Corbly Hall Room 105, 161O 5th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25755. Attendance is mandatory for the following contractors: General Contractors. Bidders must attend the pre- bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend their Bid will be disqualified. Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00pm on Tuesday, July 9, 2019.
