TRUSTEE’S SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE The undersigned Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in it by that certain Deed of Trust dated September 15, 2005, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Deed of Trust Book 3284, at Page 31, James H. Neal and Marion J. Neal did convey unto Nicholas W. Johnson and Rebecca L. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 1231 Frame Street, Charleston, WV 25302. AND BEING the same real estate which was conveyed to James H. Neal and Marion J. Neal, by Deed dated September 15, 2005, from Lois Jean Bailey and Robert Lee Hill, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 2460, at Page 416.The said James H. Neal passed away from this life on October 12, 2006, thereby vesting title in Marion J. Neal. The said Marion J. Neal passed away from this life on October 22, 2008 and pursuant to the probate records contained within the aforesaid Clerk’s Office, title vested in Harold Neal, Kevin Neal and Frederick Neal.
