INVITATION TO BID The Huntington WV Housing Authority (HHA) is accepting Proposals from qualified firms or individuals for IPA Audit Services for HHA for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. The audit shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted governmental GAAP; OMB Omni Circular and compliance supplements including all applicable GASB standards; the Single Audit Act of 1996 and amendments; and implementing regulations. Bids will be received until 11:00 AM, Friday, December 30th, 2022 via mail to: Post Office Box 2183, Huntington, WV 25722, or hand-carried to the Administrative Office located at 300 7th Avenue West, Huntington, WV 25701. The Accountant must have prior experience in auditing U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Authority administered programs and must provide a list of these audits. The bid must name the person or persons to actually conduct the audits and include their credentials. HHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
