AMENDED NOTICE RDER OF PUBLICATION THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS QUIET TITLE TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANT: It is appearing, by an affidavit filed in this action, that the whereabouts of the Defendant, Roland K. Fisher or any heirs of Roland K. Fisher, claiming interest in the property commonly described as 8.75 Acres Mud River, Howells Mill Road, Ona, West Virginia; Union Tax District Map 31, Parcel 9.9 is unknown. It is ordered that the Defendant and r all heirs, do serve upon Ryan Turner, Esq., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 741 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 2570 I, an Answer, including any related counter claim of defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 6, 2023. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Further, a final hearing regarding the Plaintiffs Complaint for Quiet Title and Declaratory Judgment is scheduled before the Honorable Judge Gregory L.
