REQUEST FOR BID The non-profit Thundercloud, Inc. in Huntington, WV seeks qualified vendors provide the installation of approximately 25 miles of broadband fiber optic cable. The cable will be installed within and adjacent to the WV Division of Highways’ rights-of-way. Much of the cable will be installed underground via directional bore construction methods to minimize ground disturbances. Portions of the line will also be installed aboveground along existing electric utility poles. The project route contains 3 river crossings via bridge attachments and 5 CSX crossing via a combinations of bridge attachments and directional bore.
