NOTICE CITY OF KENOVA Notice is hereby given that the City of Kenova, West Virginia, a municipal coporation, will hold a hearing beofre the final vote of a proposed ordinance, the principal object of which is the four-part increase in sewer rates for customers of the sewer system operated by the City of Kenova, necessitated by the corresponding sewer rate increase enacted by the City of Huntington Sanitary Board. The title of such ordinance is “Ordinance Amending Section 905.04 ‘Sewer Rate Schedules’ of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Kenova”. The final vote on adopition of said proposed ordinance shall be held in the Council Chambers of the City of Kenova, West Virginia 25530, on January 19, 2023, at six thirty o’clock (6:30) p.m. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to the passage of the propsed ordinance.
