IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PUTNAM COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CIVIL ACTION NO: CC-40-2023-C LAUREN STEELE, Plaintiffs, vs. BRADY KESSINGER, and UNKNOWN DEFENDENTS 1-5, Defendents, ORDER OF PUBLICATION To the above-named UNKNOWN DEFENDENTS 1-5, who on or about January 16, 2021, proximately caused or proximately contributed to the Plaintiff Lauren Steele sustaining physical injuries and othr damages resulting from a motor vehicle collision that occured at the intersection of Hurricane Branch Road and Teays Valley Road, Hurricane, Putnam County, West Virginia, and were a party to the cause of his injuries, or who may be an interested party. It is hereby ORDERED that the Unknown Defendents 1-5, serve upon Wednle Cook, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 190, Madison, West Virginia 25130, an amswer, including any related counterclaim or defense htey may have to the Complaint filed in this action on or before February 28, 2023. In the event they fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The object of this suit is to obtain a money judgment in an amount which exceeds the jurisdictional minimum, prejudgment interest, post judgment interest, costs, and other relief which the court may deem proper.
