NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee by Court Order recorded at Book 1, at Page 340, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated November 21, 2003, executed by Borrowers, Donald W Gatens and Katie L Gatens, to (No Trustee Named), the Trustee, in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Book 1904, at Page 138. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 2116 Washington Blvd, Huntington, WV 25705. WV Trustee Services, LLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by Court Order Appointing Trustee dated September 27, 2021, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Court Order Book 1, Page 340. The borrowers defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust.
