SOLICITING QUALIFICATION STATEMENTS WPPLP is planning the design and development of an approximately 160 lot residential subdivision in northeast Tucker County, West Virginia and is soliciting Qualification Statements from professional civil engineering firms licensed to practice in West Virginia. The work will include both design and construction phase services for not only the street and layout but also approximately one mile of four lane entry road and water supply and wastewater treatment and disposal facilities. Services will also include coordination for the extension of electric power, natural gas, and broad band facilities. Interested firms must have experience working with WVDEP. Construction cost for the civil work is estimated to be in the range of $10 million. Qualified firms must be readily available to start immediately with a goal to initiate construction within 15 months.
