NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given thatby virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by ARBES PROPERTIES AND LAND DEVELOPMENT, LLC and CHAD ARBES to KERRY E. ADKINS and MICHAEL D. STEPHENS,JR., dated the 22ND day of OCTOBER, 2020, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, WestVirginia, in Trust Deed BookNo. 2803, at page 99, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certainnote set out and described therein, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS and MICHAEL D. STEPHENS, JR.,Trustees, having been requested so todo by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell tothe highest and best bidder, on MARCH 1, 2023 at 10:00 A.M., at the EAST FRONT DOOR of the Court House of Cabell County,West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot, piece or parcelof land situate in Barboursville District, Cabell County, West Virginia, as shownand designated on a Map of Propertyof Cascade Landowners Association, made by Hany W. Carper,Civil Engineer, and recorded in the Officeof the Clerk ofthe County Commission ofCabell County, WestVirginia, on the 13th day of December, 1979, in Map Book9, at Map 157, as LOT NO.
