Request for Statement of Qualifications HuntingtonSanitary Board NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT In accordance with West Virginia Code CHAPTER 5G. PROCUREMENT OF ARCHITECT-ENGINEER SERVICES BY STATE AND ITS SUBDIVISIONS, the Huntington Sanitary Board (HSB) seeks Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Engineering Consultants for Professional Services necessary to provide Preliminary Engineering, Engineering Design, Permitting and Construction Management, and Resident Project Representative Services for one or more of the following projects in Huntington, West Virginia. 1.OutfallBackflow Prevention Project 2.On-CallMiscellaneous Engineering Services (Additional Firms) to provide services for the following disciplines, as necessary: electrical, HVAC; pumping and piping design; mechanical engineering; instrumentation and control; concrete and steel structures; architecture; civil ite development; surveying; geotechnical exploration; process engineering; hydraulics; and electrical engineering. Other than the Contact, Patrick Taylor,absolutely no contact regarding this document with the Huntington Sanitary Board Members or other Huntington Sanitary Board Staff will be permitted andmay be grounds for disqualification. Late submittals will not be accepted. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ): Prospective Engineering Consultants mustsubmit separate SOQs for each of these services which shall be due no later than 4:00 p.m., March 11, 2023. The SOQ shall include: the following: CoverLetter, Experience, Project Team, Project Management and Quality Control, Project Approach and Methodology, History of Similar Projects, and Reputation of the Firm. Please indicate the project(s) forwhich your firm is submitting. The evaluation of the respondents and theselection of any Engineering Consultant so chosen will be conducted. Engineering Consultants shall fully comply with The Code ofFederal Regulations Title 40 PART 33 PARTICIPATION BY DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSENTERPRISES IN UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY PROGRAMS, in using the Subpart C. “Good Faith Efforts” to assure that disadvantaged businesses enterprises (DBE) are fullyafforded contracting opportunities practicable.
