REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Crum Public Service District (PSD) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide Accounting services as they relate to the development of a water plant and line extensions within the Crum PSD boundaries. Professional accounting services that are needed include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Review of all ledgers and books; 2. Review of all costs to project; 3. Completion of Rule 42; and 4. Any other accounting needs pertaining to this project. Procurement of said services shall be made in accordance with current federal procurement regulations. Contracts are to be awarded on a fixed fee basis, with a ceiling on the amount available. Proposals must include: 1. Experience of the firm with federal grant programs. 2. Experience in providing accounting services for this type of project. 3. Qualifications of personnel directly involved in the project. 4. Completeness of Proposal. 5. Costs (proposed hourly fee, with a not-to-exceed limit). All interested parties must submit five (5) copies of their proposals detailing qualifications, technical expertise; management and staffing capabilities; and proposed hourly fee with a not-to-exceed limit.
