NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVIN that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust executed by Jason Clagg, to W. Merton Prunty and Paul J. Prunty, Trustees, either of whom may act, dated the 27th day of March, 2013, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2478, Pg. 632, which conveyed unto the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of that certain indebtedness set out and described therein, and default having been made pursuant to said Deed of Trust, said Trustee, Paul J. Prunty, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said indebtedness, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on Tuesday, the 2nd day of July, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., at the east front door of the Courthouse of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Huntington, Gideon District, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated as the EASTERLY SIXTY (60) BY SIXTY-SIX (66) FEET OF LOT NUMBER TWENTY-ONE (21), as shown on a map of the William Buffington Addition, on the east side of Guyandotte Town, filed in Map Book No. 2, as Map No. 15,in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of the south line of Bridge Street with the west line of Buffington Street, thence with the south line of Bridge Street in a westerly direction 60 feet to a point; thence southerly and parallel with the west line of Buffington Street 66 feet to a point; thence easterly with the south property line of the lot herein conveyed 60 feet to a point in the west line of Buffington Street and thence with the west line of Buffington Street northerly 66 feet to the point of BEGINNING; TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale, subject to real property taxes assessed and unpaid against said property.
