REQUEST FOR BID-REBID The non-profit Thundercloud, Inc. in Huntington, WV seeks qualified vendors provide the installation of approximately 20 miles of broadband fiber optic cable. Thecable will be installed within and adjacent to the WV Division of Highways’rights-of-way. Much of the cable will be installed underground via directionalbore construction methods to minimize ground disturbances.
