LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT West Virginia State University Research and Development Corporation invites sealed Written Quotations to provide Work, including but not limited tolabor, equipment, and transportation for: “Completion and installation of greenhouse components ” WEST VIRGINIA STATE UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE, WEST VIRGINIA All Quotations must be submitted in accordance with this Invitation to Submit a Written Quotation,the full REQUEST FOR BIDS document which is available on the follow webpage ( http:/www.wvstateu.edu DCorp.aspx) and the detailed technicalspecifications and drawings which will be available for pick up, at acost determined by Rimol Greenhouses, at the following address: 40 LondonderryTurnpike STE 2D, Hooksett, NH 03106, or from Harry Edwards [email protected] (717)-606-8021. The Project consists ofthe completion of a Greenhouse Complex that adjoins Building A located onBarron Drive in Institute, WV 25112. Building A was formerly a part of the WV Division of Rehabilitative Services Complex, the property of which is now a part of the West Virginia State University campus. The buildingis currently vacant and unoccupied. Work entails completionof the adjoining greenhouse complex including installation of two retractableshade curtains and finishing of remaining greenhouse components. Greenhouse frame and panels are in place. U.S. Department ofLabor Davis Bacon wage rates apply. Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Labor &Materials Payment Bond are required for this Project. Liquidated Damages in the amountof $300-ay will be in effect. Sealed Quotations shall be received by the WVSU Vice President for AgriculturalResearch and Extension at 125 Hazo W. Carter Jr. IREB P.O.
