REQUEST FORPROPOSAL The Culloden Public Service District is soliciting proposals for the construction of a 36X48 office building to be constructed on property owned by the Culloden Public Service District. The proposal should include the costof demolition of the currentoffice facility located at 25 Spanish Oak Drive, Culloden, West Virginia 25510. The building must be ADA compliant and be constructed pursuant to all applicable Building Codes. The proposal must include a parking lot for the new construction and includeno less than one ADA compliant bathroom, a kitchen, a room for storage, three office locations as well as a meeting room. All proposals must includeall material costs,labor costs; inspections cost (if applicable) and be accompanied by a copy of a valid Contractors License and Insurance for the Stateof West Virginia. All proposalsmust be submitted to the District no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31,2023 and addressed to the District at25 Spanish Oak Drive, Culloden, WV 25510.
