NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE and Notice of the Beneficiary ervicer’s election to sell property is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vestedin the Trustee(s) by that certain Deed ofTrust dated June 22, 2010, executed by Connie S. Elkins to Philip A.Vallandingham and Samuel A. Vallandingham, Trustees, of record in the Office ofthe Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Book 2345,at Page 274. This Deed of Trust was assigned from FederalDeposit Insurance Corporation, as Receiver for the First State Bank to MVBBank, Inc., by Assignment dated August 2, 2022, of record in the Clerk’s Officein Book 127, at Page 506. Further assigned from MVB Bank, Inc. to Fairport Asset Management II, LLC, by Assignment dated August2, 2022, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 127, at Page 508. The borrower defaulted underthe Note and Deed of Trust and the Trustee has been instructed to forecloseunder the Deed of Trust. Wilkins Company, which map wasfiled in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, on the 13th dayof March, 1912, and is supplemental toLeeste’s maps filed June 27th, 1907, and December 31st, 1903, as Lot”C” in Block Number Two Hundred and Fifty Three (253).
