The parental rights of Melissa Mollohan may be terminated in the proceeding and she may appear and defend any such rights within the required time after such service. If Melissa Mollohan fails to appear, she may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings. D.M.M. was born unto Melissa Mollohan and Michael Martin on June 12, 2007, in Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia. C.D.M. was born unto Melissa Mollohan and Michael Martin on February 12, 2006, in Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia. The parents of Michael Martin are hereby notified that a Petition for Adoption has been filed for their grandchildren, D.M.M. and C.D.M.
