NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that byvirtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executedby MELVA HALL to K.E. MCGINNIS and J. MAURICECLARK, dated the 26th day of April, 2010, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of theClerk of the CountyCommissionof Cabell County, West Virginia, inTrust Deed Book No. 2328, at page 544, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafterdescribed real estate, to secure thepayment of a certain note set out and described therein, and theowner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authoritygranted in the aforementioned deed oftrust, having appointed KERRY E. ADKINS as Substitute Trustee, by that ce1tain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 22nd day of 22, 2023, and recorded in theaforesaid Clerk’s Office in Bonds,Contracts and Leases Book 414, atpage 717, and default having been made inthe payment of said note, and the said KERRY E.
