ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Wayne County Board of Education invites qualified vendors to submit a competitive bid for copy paper and delivery, on a monthly basis, to all locations associated with the Wayne County Board of Education (18 school locations, Board Office and Bison Center Warehouse). Sealed bids will be received at the office of Wayne County Board of Education, 212 North Court Street, Wayne, WV 25570 until 1:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read. Case count will vary each month depending on the need. Case count per location will be emailed to vendor each month prior to delivery. Approximately 150 cases of 8 1/2″ x 11″ 20 lb. weight white copy paper per month for 10 months (beginning August 2023 & invoiced monthly). Individual schools, may request a limited amount of color copy paper as a substitute for their monthly order of white copy paper.
