BEFORE THE UNSAFE BUILDINGS COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON, CABELL AND WAYNE COUNTIES, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: CARL ARTRIP AND DOUGLAS ARTRIP 3408 MONEL AVENUE HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA 25705 PROPERTY: 2308-2308 REAR ADAMS AVENUE HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA ORDER OF CONTINUANCE On Thursday, the 13th day of April, 2023, the Unsafe Buildings Commission of the City of Huntington came on for hearing as provided by Article 1739 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Huntington, as revised. After discussion upon the matter, the Commission agreed that the matter of the structure located at 2308-2308 REAR ADAMS AVENUE, within the City of Huntington, be continued and placed upon the Agenda of the June 8, 2023 meeting of the Unsafe Buildings Commission. Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that pursuant to Article 1739 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Huntington, as revised, that the matter of the structure located at 2308-2308 REAR ADAMS AVENUE, and owned by CARL ARTRIP AND DOUGLAS ARTRIP will come on for hearing on Thursday, the 8th day of JUNE, 2023 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., in the city County Chambers, located insided City Hall, 800 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701, at which time the property owners may be present to protect their investment,if they so desire.
