Howard, Jr. Case No.: 23-CIGR-7 ORDER OF PUBLICATION NOTICE is hereby given that on the 3rd day of April, 2022, a petition was filed by Brianna Smith in the Family Court of Cabell County, styled Petition for Appointment of Guardian for Minor Child, Cabell County Civil Action No.: 23-FIG-23, requesting an Order of the Court to name the Petitioner as legal guardian for the minor child, I.G.T-M. The case was subsequently removed to the Circuit Court of Cabell County in Civil Action No.: 23-CIGR-7. Notice is hereby given to Jennifer Cabell and any other persons desiring to object to the granting of said petition that they may do so by filing an objection in writing with the clerk in the above-styled manner, or by appearing at the final hearing to be held in this matter on JUNE 26, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. before the Honorable Gregory L.
