The object of this suit is to quiet title to real estate described as follows: All that certain place, parcel or lot of real estate, situate in the Ira J. Harshbarger Addition to the Town of Milton, Cabell County, West Virginia, to-wit: The whole of Lot Number Six (6), in Block Number Four (4), and two-thirds (23/8) of Lot Number Seven (7), in Block Number Four (4), in said addition to said Town of Milton; the two-thirds (23/8) of said Lot Number Seven (7) to be west of a north and south line running through said lot parallel with and twelve and one-third (12-13/8) feet distant from the east line of said Lot No. Seven (7), making a total frontage on Florida Street of sixty-one and two-thirds (61-23/8) feet. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiffs have used due diligence to ascertain the residence whereabouts of Wendy Gillenwater, Jill Hall and the Unknown Heirs of J. Herman Hall, Wendy Gillenwater and Jill Hall, without effect, and that others are, or may be, persons, other than those named above as Plaintiff and Defendants, interested in the subject matter of this action, whose names are unknown to the Plaintiff and who are made Defendants by the general description of unknown defendants, that is, person arties unknown; IT IS ORDERED that each of them serve upon Paul J. Prunty, plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is 1002 Third Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701, an Answer including any related counterclaim, or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 15 day of June, 2023, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
