Legal Ad Property & Liability Agent of Record The Mingo County Board of Education is seeking proposals from Insurance Firms gents for providing agent of record services for Property and Liability Insurance through West Virginia Board of Risk & Insurance Management. Proposal must be in accordance with provisions, specifications, and instructions set forth in bid documents available at the Mingo County Board of Education District Office. Bid documents can be obtained by emailing Rodney McCoy at [email protected] Proposals must be received by 4:00 pm EST June 1, 2023, at the Mingo County Board of Education District Office, 110 Cinderella Road Williamson WV, 25661. Made to the attention of Beth Daniels, Treasurer SBO. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Mingo County Schools Property and Liability Agent of Record Proposal”. Eight (8) proposal copies shall be included in the sealed envelope. All bidders submitting a bid document will be scheduled for an interview with district representatives on June 8th, 2023. Agents should come prepared to give an oral presentation. All bidders will be notified if there is a change to meeting date and time.
