IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF WAYNE COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: PETITION OF DANIEL MOORE AND DANA MOORE TO CLOSE UNUSED ROAD ORDER OF PUBLICATION NOTICE is hereby given that on the 23rd day of May, 2023, a petition was filed by Daniel Moore and Dana Moore in the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia styled The Petition of Daniel Moore and Dana Moore to Close Unused Road, requesting an Order of the County Commission so granting the Petition to close an unused portion of Dana Drive which said road is located in Wayne, Wayne County, West Virginia. Any persons desiring to object to the granting of said Petition may do so by appearing at the final hearing to be held at the Wayne County Courthouse, 700 Hendricks Street, Wayne, West Virginia 25570 on JUNE 12, 2023 at 11:30 A.M. before the Wayne County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia. You are further advised that if an answer or appearance is not made by you at said hearing, thereafter judgment upon proper hearing may be taken for the relief demanded in the Petition.
